Information
Set within dense coastal ti-tree on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, Cape Schanck House by Paul Morgan Architects is a sculptural response to wind, light, and landscape. The home’s aerodynamic form and flowing internal skin were shaped through environmental modelling, creating a residence that feels both futuristic and deeply connected to place. Its curved forms, restrained material palette, and site-responsive design give the project a quiet yet highly distinctive presence within the coastal environment.
